1. Choose your appointment

Choose an available date and time below. Appointments are offered Monday to Friday, between 10:30am and 4:30pm, subject to availability.

2. Book and prepare

Pay the £65 or £120 consultation fee at checkout. Your available appointment is confirmed automatically after successful payment, and we will email your confirmation. You can then share your preferences through the optional preparation form.

3. Meet at the atelier

Choose 45 focused minutes or 90 unhurried minutes, depending on how much guidance and comparison time you would like.

AT THE STUDIO

Time to explore what works for you.

Sarah considers the coverage needed, your remaining hair, scalp and fit from a cosmetic hair-care perspective, the way you normally style your hair, your timeframe, budget and the level of ongoing care that feels realistic.

Pieces may be viewed and tried in person where suitable. Photographs are only taken with your consent.

Ready-made, customised and fully bespoke options are considered on their merits—not as a ladder you are expected to climb.

Clear pricing

Relevant costs and likely next steps are explained before you decide whether to proceed.

A picture of how you normally wear your hair can help, but it is not required.

A current piece

Bring any wig, topper or system you would like Sarah to assess for adjustment or restoration.

Write them down if that feels easier than remembering them in the room.

Someone you trust

A partner, parent, friend or member of your medical team is welcome.

Detailed medical records are not needed. For diagnosis, treatment or prognosis, speak with your GP, consultant, dermatologist or specialist nurse.

Who conducts the consultation and fitting?

The person recommending the route should understand how the finished piece will be fitted and maintained. At the atelier, Sarah leads the journey personally.

Are several routes genuinely available?

A good recommendation should be based on your circumstances, rather than the only product a provider sells.

How are hairline, base and density chosen?

Ask what each construction choice means for appearance, comfort, maintenance and daily wear.

What personalisation is completed in-house?

Clarify what will be colour-matched, adjusted, cut and styled before the piece is handed over.

Are all costs explained before commitment?

Ask about the piece, fittings, maintenance, repairs and any ongoing schedule—not only the first payment.

What aftercare is available?

Fit, styling and maintenance needs can change. Ask how support continues after collection.

Choose this consultation if you have a particular product or look in mind, a clear set of requirements, or a few specific questions. It is a good starting point for new clients who feel ready to take the next step with focused support.

  2. Your appointment is confirmed automatically once your selected slot is available and your £65 payment has been received successfully.
  3. We will email your booking confirmation with the date and time.

Booking terms

  • You may cancel or request one reschedule without charge when you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • For a later cancellation or non-attendance, any deduction will be limited to the direct loss caused and reduced if the appointment can be rebooked.
  • If Sarah needs to change your appointment, you may choose another suitable time or receive a full refund.
  • The £65 consultation fee is separate and is not credited against products unless confirmed in writing.
  • Your statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights, are not affected.
