A calm, one-to-one consultation at the Matlock atelier, with time to compare options, ask direct questions and leave with a clear recommendation.
YOUR APPOINTMENT
Every step, stated plainly.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Begin with a short enquiry.
Tell Sarah what you are hoping to understand, rather than trying to diagnose the answer yourself. She will reply personally and explain whether a consultation is the useful next step.
Your appointment
A consultation lasts one hour and costs £120. Appointment and payment arrangements are confirmed directly while the separate online booking journey is being built.
What to bring
Bring photographs of a previous style, a piece you already wear, a list of questions or relevant instructions from your clinical team. None is required.
Who may attend
A partner, relative, friend, guardian or relevant professional is welcome. Please mention this when arranging the visit so the room can be prepared comfortably.
IN THE ROOM
A recommendation shaped around real life.
1. Listen & assess
Sarah asks about appearance, comfort, routine, timing and budget. Where appropriate, the hair and scalp are considered only for cosmetic fitting—not clinical diagnosis.
2. Compare routes
Ready-made, customised and fully bespoke possibilities may be compared, along with wigs, toppers or systems where relevant. Not every route suits every person.
3. Leave with clarity
You receive the relevant recommendation, next steps and pricing before any commitment is requested. You do not have to decide during the appointment.
IF YOU PROCEED
Specification, fitting and care.
Specification or selection
Measurements, construction, fibre, colour, density and finish are agreed at the level needed for the chosen route.
Personal fitting
The finished or selected piece is checked on you, then cut, styled or adjusted as agreed. Care and handling are demonstrated before you take it home.
Aftercare
Fit, styling and maintenance needs can change through wear, treatment or regrowth. Follow-up work is discussed according to the piece and the service agreed.
