What happens after payment
- Add your preferred days and times in the order notes at checkout.
- Sarah will reply personally within two working days to confirm an available appointment.
- If no suitable time can be agreed, you may request a full refund.
Booking terms
- You may cancel or request one reschedule without charge when you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
- For a later cancellation or non-attendance, any deduction will be limited to the direct loss caused and reduced if the appointment can be rebooked.
- If Sarah needs to cancel, you may choose another appointment or receive a full refund.
- The £120 consultation fee is separate and is not credited against products unless confirmed in writing.
- Your statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights, are not affected.
